Blind Box Products

Most items sold on TOKYODROP are blind box products. A "blind box" is an item whose contents are randomly selected and unknown until opened. By purchasing a blind box product, you acknowledge and accept the random nature of the contents. Returns and refunds will not be issued on the basis that the item received was not the specific item you hoped to receive. Opening the package constitutes acceptance of the randomly selected contents.

All products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure there are no defects or damage.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that minor variations in paint or manufacturing—common in collectible items such as capsule toys and figures—are not considered defects.

Return Policy

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you receive a defective, damaged, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued for the order amount.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns for any reason after 15 days.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as when received. For blind box products, you may open the outer packaging to inspect the contents. If the item itself is found to be defective or damaged, you are eligible to submit a return or refund claim.
  • All manuals, parts, and accessories included, and returned in the original packaging

Returns sent without prior authorization or shipped with cash-on-delivery (COD) will not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, a full refund will be issued for the purchase amount.
Refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that depending on your payment provider (such as PayPal or your credit card company), it may take additional time for the refund to appear.


14-Day Cancellation Right (UK & EU)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under applicable EU consumer protection law.
For blind box products, this cancellation right applies only while the item remains unopened and in its original sealed condition. Once opened, the cancellation right no longer applies, as the random selection constitutes a fundamental characteristic of the product.
This cancellation right is separate from your rights regarding defective or damaged items. If the item is found to be defective or damaged upon opening, you remain eligible to submit a return or refund claim regardless of whether the outer packaging has been opened.
